<foreign>
The <foreign> tag marks a word or phrase written in a language different
from the surrounding text. It is typically rendered in italics and is often
paired with an xml:lang attribute.
Use <foreign> for genuine language changes, not just for emphasis. For
emphasis within the same language, use <em> instead.
