<commentary>

The <commentary> tag used only for grouping material that can be included or excluded by using a @component attribute and adding its value to the @version element in the publication file. Note that since @component can be added to just about any element, this might not be ncessasary; it is only offered as a convininece when multiple elements should be grouped together.

Use it when you want material for instructors, editors, or specialized audiences kept distinct from the main exposition.
